參觀教學服務申請(內有申請表格)

注意事項:

1.申請THOR參觀之單位，因應核子保安請先備好參觀名單才進行THOR參觀申請填寫，無則退回申請。

2.請注意，THOR 如有運轉，僅限符合資格者進入原子爐爐房參觀。

3.例假日因核子保安不開放申請。

4.建議避開星期三8:00~14:00與星期五8:00~14:00申請參觀，如有治療將取消參觀申請。

5.參觀THOR安全聲明: 參觀台 / 爐房 (有需要請自行下載)

6.THOR參觀是為服務大眾並傳播正確的核能及輻射知識，考量館內人員之負荷，請同一性質之營隊(有對學員收費者)申請參觀次數勿多於二梯次，每一梯次限制人數60人(參觀台，不進管制區)，或每一梯次限制人數20人(允許進入管制區)。

7. 參觀申請名單僅作為核子保安紀錄 之用，並無作為其他用途且不涉及個人隱私，特此公告。如有疑慮，請考慮申請參觀與否。

8.請遵守核子保安規定，爐房與控制室不可攝影，欲拍照者請先詢問THOR負責人員。THOR為教學研究單位，不涉及任何政治議題，請勿帶布條入館。

9.不符合參觀申請要求項目者，THOR有權退回參觀申請。

 

人數限制: 進入管制區(16歲以下禁止進入;18歲以下有運轉禁止進入)，最多20人/次，需簽署聲明書。進入參觀台(無年齡限制)，最多60人/次。

時間限制: 30~60分鐘/次

THOR Educational Visit Application (Application Form Included)

Notes:

  1. A complete visitor name list is required for nuclear security purposes and must be prepared before submitting the application. Applications without a name list will be returned.
  2. If THOR is in operation, only eligible visitors (Age³18) may enter the reactor room.
  3. Applications are not accepted on weekends or public holidays.
  4. Please avoid visits on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00–14:00. Visits may be cancelled if medical treatment is scheduled during these periods.
  5. Safety Statement for THOR visits (Observation Deck / Reactor Hall) can be downloaded.
  6. To manage staff workload, groups of the same nature (especially fee-charging programs) may apply for no more than two sessions:
    • Observation deck: up to 60 persons (no controlled area access)
    • Controlled area: up to 20 persons
  7. Visitor information is used solely for nuclear security records and does not involve personal privacy.
  8. Photography is prohibited in the reactor hall and control room without prior approval. THOR is an educational and research facility; political materials are not permitted.
  9. THOR reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the above requirements.

Limits:

  • Controlled Area: Max. 20 persons; under 16 not permitted; under 18 not permitted during operation; safety statement required
  • Observation Deck: Max. 60 persons; no age restriction
  • Duration: 30–60 minutes per session
